Winter Park Music Academy runs a year-long homeschool program at its Azalea Lane location, 9:00am-1:00pm on Thursdays (math, Time Travelers Club social studies, language arts) and Fridays (music, art, cooking), for ages 6 and up. Families can take one day or both days for a full microschool experience, and the school year ends in a showcase with an art gallery exhibit, musical performance and cooking. The academy also teaches private lessons on piano, guitar, voice, drums, ukulele, bass, banjo, saxophone, violin, viola, cello, clarinet and flute, plus group classes and a children choir. It is a registered Step Up For Students provider and accepts AAA Scholarship Foundation funding for PEP and FES-UA.
