Sunshine Individualized Learning was formed by Rebecca Cumbie, a Home Education Specialist and Florida certified teacher, to help parents along their homeschooling journey. Services include homeschool guidance (homeschool basics consultations, curriculum consultations, high school guidance and transcripts), homeschool evaluations (portfolio evaluations, standardized assessments and learning styles assessments), and SSOIL - the Sunshine School of Individualized Learning, a private umbrella school for Florida students. She works with all homeschooling methods and philosophies, including unschooling, on the principle that each child deserves to be educated and evaluated in the manner in which they learn best.
