The Rooted Mother is a 6-week program that combines a self-paced online curriculum with three private 1:1 coaching sessions on Zoom. Each week, short lessons and simple practices help you: • stay calm during resistance, • recognize your triggers, • communicate in ways that invite cooperation, and • care for yourself so you don't burn out. In our sessions, we look at what's actually happening in your homeschool. We work through your hardest moments and create a plan that fits your family. You'll leave each session with clear next steps. Who it's for: Homeschool moms who dread starting the school day, face frequent meltdowns or refusal, feel close to burnout, or catch themselves yelling more than they'd like. If you want cooperation without control, this is for you. Cost: $299 for the full 6-week program, including the online curriculum and three 1:1 sessions. Note: This program is privately paid and is not billed through Step Up For Students. The complimentary program for children will be available through Step Up soon. About: Hi, I'm Nicole. I'm a women's coach, a homeschooling mother of five, and an artist and poet with roots in Waldorf education. My work brings together nervous system regulation, embodiment, and Nonviolent Communication. I help mothers move from power struggles and overwhelm to calm, connected learning at home.
