P.A.T.H. Inc. collaborates to support families in Miami-Dade County who have decided to educate their children at home. All homeschoolers in Miami-Dade are welcome regardless of faith, culture, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or beliefs; the group's goal is friendship and support while informing, encouraging and motivating one another along the homeschooling journey. Members can organize and join field trips, register for PATH enrichment classes, attend park days with other PATH families, take annual IOWA testing, and take part in other community-building activities. PATH families meet at Riverside Baptist Church in Kendall (10775 SW 104th St) for co-op classes on Thursdays during the fall and winter terms. Membership is by registration; class payments are made directly to the teachers and are non-refundable. Dual enrollment information is also provided.
