A Christ-centered homeschool support community founded in August 1986 by ten families in the Sarasota area, committed to encouragement, educational opportunity and unity in home educating their children. Learning and Families (LAF) offers a Support Community plus weekly co-op classes for preschool through high school: project-based learning classes on Tuesdays, traditional co-op classes on Thursdays, and performing and worship arts programs on Fridays, along with special events, small groups, field trips, parent workshops and clubs.
