IXT Studio is a West Palm Beach visual arts studio run by artists Mayling Pao, Erick A Marquez and Adriana Marquez, working in painting, drawing, murals, comic book art, sculpture and illustration. Courses meet once a week for an hour in early-afternoon slots, structured as 8-week and semester-long courses and split by age: Painting Exploration for ages 5-7, 2D Art Exploration for ages 8-11, and further courses for teens through age 17. Students learn painting through mixed media portraits in acrylic and pastel and explore drawing, printmaking, sculpture and painting, bringing a sketchbook to every class.
