Gulf Coast Homeschool Fine Arts (GCHFA) has provided affordable, top-quality music education for Floridas Gulf Coast homeschool community since 2010, serving Pre-K through 12th grade from its Desoto Road location in Sarasota. Ensemble classes include concert band, jazz band, orchestra and applied strings, choir, WindStars and pre-band, Recorder Karate, Music and Motion, and beginning music theory. Instructors are professional Sarasota Orchestra musicians, tenured teachers and accredited professors, and beginners are taught in small groups. GCHFA runs instrument fittings, auditions and its own scholarship fund, and is organised around building community and character alongside musicianship.
