Faithful Roots Christian Co-op exists to strengthen children, families and communities through Christ-centred education, to cultivate faith, stimulate learning and promote responsible stewardship of God's creation. Core values are Christ-centred education, hands-on experiential learning, community engagement and family involvement, and real-world life skills alongside quality academic principles. The co-op meets three days a week, Tuesday to Thursday from 8:25 to 2:10, with Monday and Friday reserved for at-home assignments, markets, group project time and field trips, offering grades K-8 plus electives for all ages. Core subjects are taught through thematic units; the Faithful Roots Farm School adds animal care, gardening, sustainable agriculture, soil health and conservation, and life skills including entrepreneurship through farmers and handmade markets.
