Empowered Pathways is a personal-growth and future-planning program for students ages 14-18. Over twelve weeks it moves teens through six connected phases - Discover, Believe, Create, Lead, Build and Share - using guided live sessions, reflective activities and assessments to help them understand their strengths, develop practical skills and build confidence. Each student completes a personalized blueprint capturing what they have learned about themselves to guide their next steps.
