Culturally Connected Homeschoolers is a Jacksonville community of families meeting once a week from 8:00 am until 1:00 pm so children can build long-lasting friendships while enjoying learning with peers. The group runs an annual Spelling Bee, Cultural Fair and Science Fair, and offers classes from pre-school through 12th grade taught by drawing on the talents and gifts of member families. A nursery is available for families with school-aged children. Classes offered include Art, Spanish, Drama, Science, Math (middle school and pre-algebra), Home Economics, PE/Health, STEM, Critical Thinking, Karate and Entrepreneurship.
